Tim Vels
A member of the BNG Hospitality family for over five years, Tim began his journey at the Tampa Club before leading the opening and operations of the Centre Club San Antonio in Texas. His approach to club management goes beyond providing exceptional service—Tim believes in cultivating an atmosphere where members feel at home, whether they’re enjoying a meal, attending events, or simply relaxing at the club. Passionate about delivering a seamless, outstanding experience, Tim looks forward to collaborating with the talented Park Club team and connecting with members to ensure their time at the club always exceeds expectations.
Rochelle Segobia
Rochelle has a long tenure in the hospitality industry, starting her career in fine dining with Morton’s Steakhouse before moving into management roles with The Winery Restaurant and Wine Bar. As a startup restaurant group, Rochelle assisted The Winery in creating multiple positions within the company.
In addition to Morton’s and The Winery, Rochelle distinguished herself while working with other top restaurant brands, such as Mastro’s Ocean Club in Crystal Cove, Sol Cocina in Playa Vista, and Solita in Valencia, serving in multiple general Manager roles before assuming her new position as Director of operations at the Park Club in Costa Mesa. Rochelle’s successful career has been built on her deep understanding of the hospitality industry and her undying passion for providing the highest quality of service and experience to her guests.
Chef Daniel Hohng
Chef Hohng brings a wealth of expertise, having previously served as Chef de Cuisine at Astrid by Ray Garcia in Los Angeles and as a Sous Chef with Michelin 2-star and distinguished Chef Wolfgang Puck at Spago in Beverly Hills. Chef Hohng has also held esteemed positions such as Junior Sous Chef with Michelin 2-star restaurateur Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef of Ngoc Suong in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where he led the culinary team and was ranked among the top 50 restaurants in Asia.
"I am thrilled to be part of the beginning journey of the Monet Restaurant and The Park Club by creating beautiful dishes that have their own unique stories and meanings,” said Executive Chef Daniel Hohng. “Drawing from my specialty in French cuisine and seafood, I’m looking forward to providing Members with a meaningful and one-of-a-kind culinary experience.”

Lisa Oliveira
Lisa Oliveira joins the Park Club as our new Private Events Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in high-end event management and sales. Throughout her impressive career, Lisa has held pivotal roles at prestigious venues and companies such as Mastro’s Ocean Club, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, and Xperience Restaurant Group. Known for her ability to drive event sales and build strong industry connections, Lisa has a vast network across Southern California’s hospitality landscape, collaborating with hotels, event producers, and destination management companies. Lisa’s hands-on approach and dedication to exceptional client experiences ensure our members and guests will enjoy extraordinary events at the club.
Katharine (Kat) Eicher
Kat Eicher is thrilled to join The Park Club team as Member Relations Director, bringing over a decade of experience in hospitality, special events, and communications. A part of the BNG Hospitality family since 2022, Kat previously served as the Special Events and Marketing Manager at The Park Club's sister property in Tampa, Florida, where she honed her expertise in creating exceptional member experiences.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Kat is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and cultivating a welcoming environment where members feel that The Park Club is their home away from home. Her dedication to enhancing member experiences, assisting them in making the most of their time, and building lasting relationships reflects her commitment to the club’s vibrant community.
Laura Escalera
Laura Escalera is excited to join The Park Club as Office Administrator, bringing a wealth of experience in hospitality and event management. Her career began at the Disneyland Resort, where she developed a strong foundation in creating memorable guest experiences. She later transitioned into the event industry, excelling in planning and executing high-profile events with precision and care. Laura’s expertise in organization and attention to detail ensures that she can effectively support daily operations and contribute to a seamless member and guest experience.
Known for her ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, Laura works closely with various departments to oversee logistics and maintain clear communication across teams. She is passionate about enhancing efficiency and finding innovative ways to support the club’s success. A true planner at heart, Laura enjoys refining her organizational skills and is dedicated to ensuring every visit to The Park Club is both smooth and memorable.
